Your moov order is packed and dispatched within 1-3 business days.

You will be notified by email (and, if selected, SMS) and your tracking number will be supplied.

Delivery

You should expect your moov delivery in 5-7 business days depending on your state.

Australian Shipping Rates

• FREE shipping for orders of $149 or more

• $9.90 flat rate shipping for orders under $149

• $15 flat rate for express shipping

Refund and Replacement

If you are looking to return or exchange your purchase for any reason, we are here to help. Our Refund and Replacement Policy is outlined below:

1. Products - We do not provide exchanges or refunds for change-of-mind purchases due to the consumable nature of our products. Refunds and replacements will only be administered should the products be faulty or incorrect.

2. Faulty products - If any product you have purchased from us is faulty (ie. expired, wrong products or flavour, damage during shipping etc.) we will happily cover the return shipping and replace this with a new product or provide a refund. Should you find your product to be faulty, please contact us within 14 days.
